Founded in 2008, the Fondation Métamorphose Développement / Fondasyon Metamòfoz Devlopman is a non-profit organization. It obtained its first Letters Patent on March 12, 2008, under Quebec company number 1165026759. On August 16, 2010, she obtained Supplementary Letters Patent.
